Outside of the swimming and sunbathing season you can fish from shore day and night (limited number of spots!).
The location to the adjacent reed bed, which is rich in fish, and very popular. The latest survey identified 21 species of fish - such as pike, whitefish, zander, catfish, carp, etc. ( The complete list is available from the Carinthian Institute for Lake Research).
Tents pitched on the lawn are only permitted if they do not have a solid floor! Toilets and electricity are available, showers by arrangement and for a fee.
